Monday, May 20, 9:15 - 10:15am (Mondays; May 6, 13 & 20)
In this All Abilities exercise class for adults, participants enjoy 100% gentle stretching and yoga-based poses, all from the comfort of a chair.  Besides receiving the cardiovascular, conditioning, strength and flexibility benefits, students are led through a variety of self-care concepts and techniques.

Monday Meditation

Barton Creek
Thursday, May 30, 6:00 - 7:00pm
Ed Crowell will discuss the history of Barton Creek and Barton Springs Pool, going back to the creek's source, and the efforts made in the 1980s and 1990s to keep the pool clean. Learn about the former and current residents, as well as the scientists and conservationists who contributed, and continue to contribute, to the maintenance of this historic Austin area icon. He will share photographs of the creek by Alberto Martinez.
