This is a sweet and wonderful movie to see on Valentine’s Day.  It is a stunning and emotional animated film about an intelligent robot who is shipwrecked on an island and must bond with the animals there to survive.  This outstanding movie features the voice talents of Pedro Pascal, Lupita Nyong’o, Catherine O’Hara, and Bill Nighy.

Richard Dreyfuss and Danny DeVito star as rival aluminum siding salesmen (tin men) who turn a minor accident into fill-blown vendetta.  This film is an overlooked gem that was directed by Barry Levinson and is both laugh out loud funny and also very touching.  Also featuring Barbara Hershey.

Calling all Baby Boomers! On October 11, 1975 at 11:30 pm, Saturday Night Live premiered.  This film shows us what is was like to put that show together.  This is a comedy of chaos and errors with all of your favorite cast members portrayed.  It is lots of fun for fans of the show. Directed by Jason Reitman.

The lovely Jennifer Jones stars as the notorious Madame Bovary who is never satisfied with her life.  Based on the French novel by Flaubert, this film also stars Van Heflin, Louis Jourdan, and features James Mason.  Directed by Vincente Minnelli.
