Errol Flynn stars in this high adventure swashbuckling pirate film.  He is a British Navy sailor who is pretending to be a deserter to infiltrate a pirate stronghold that is giving the British trouble.  Maureen O’Hara is a pirate called Spitfire Stevens and Anthony Quinn is here too as a suspicious and unsavory pirate.  It is a greatly entertaining romp.

Cobb. Directed by John Cromwell.

Anthony Hopkins stars as Sigmund Freud and Matthew Goode stars as C.S. Lewis as the two men meet and debate the existence of God and other relationships.   This movie is beautifully filmed and is intellectually stimulating.  Nice to have a movie made for grownups.
