Join Ms. Hadley in the Children's Room on Monday mornings. We’ll read some stories, make some crafts, sing, groove, and play to start our week.
 
Cardboard & Lego Cit
Tuesday, Jun. 17, 5:30pm-6:30pm
Do you love to construct? This program combines two favorite building materials into one exciting program with a different themed challenge each time. Children ages 5-10 can use either Lego or cardboard, safe tools, and tape to build an innovative creation in this once a month montage of fun.

The Friends of the Berlin Public Library will meet to discuss upcoming fundraising activities and goals for supporting the library in 2025. All are welcome to attend.
Puzzle Race
Saturday, Jun. 21, 2:00pm-3:30pm
Join us for a suspenseful afternoon of competitive puzzle assembly that is fun for everyone. Patrons can sign up in teams of between 2-6. All teams will be given the same puzzle and then they will race to see who completes it first! All are welcome to join in the fun. No prizes will be handed out for this event. Glory is its own reward.  We will provide the puzzles, you bring the brains!

J-UNO Pajama Story T
Wednesday, Jun. 25, 5:30pm-6:30pm
Join us for a relaxing and educational evening. Come dressed in your pajamas, if you wish. Bring your favorite stuffed friend and a blanket and get cozy. For the first pajama storytime of our summer reading season we will celebrate the classic card game- Uno. Read a story, do a craft, have a snack, and enjoy a rollicking game of Uno!

Dungeons & Dragons

Come play Dungeons & Dragons! This program is for students age 10 to 16. Our moderator is  experienced D & D master Leann Key-Wallace.

All are welcome. This year's theme is Level Up at Your Library. Try your hand at various games and register for summer reading at the same time. Fun and refreshments provided.

Ocean Bubble Necklac
Tuesday, Jul. 1, 6:00pm-7:30pm
Each student will create a mini ocean bubble with shells and sand inside a glass bubble.  Step by step instructions will be given to create this pendant as well as stringing the beaded chain.   The class includes all tools, Kit items and step by step instruction to complete this. Led by Sue Underwood. For ages 16+.

Please note this is an after hours program and the library will be open only for the program. No other library services will be available during the program.

Get together with a gaming master to learn some new board games. Or, if you want to share one you and your family love, bring it in a box labeled with your name. Everyone is welcome!

 Ages 3-10 can come and navigate an obstacle course and master new challenges. Run, jump, bend and balance. Get some exercise and have some fun with us.
 
Wednesday, Jul. 9, 11:00am-12:00pm
Active cooperative and competitive games on the lawn with local storyteller Todd Goodwin. Sponsored by a grant from the Berlin Cultural Council, a local agency which is supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency..
Thursday, Jul. 10, 5:30pm-6:30pm
Come and make multiple kinds of slime, explore slime science, and experiment with the properties of different types of slime.
Monday, Jul. 14, 10:00am-10:45am

Come tie dye at the library. We will have t-shirts available and you are welcome to bring your own, prewashed items to dye.
Wednesday, Jul. 16, 12:00pm-1:00pm
Bring your Pokemon, Reading Dragons, or Magic Cards. We will also have classic card games and Uno available. Play against your friends and have fun. Kids ages 6-12 welcome.
