Cooking the Books

Do you enjoy trying new recipes? Cooking the Books is a book club that's also a pot luck. Each month there's a different featured cookbook or chef. Everyone picks one recipe to try and then brings their dish in to share with the club. Discuss the merits of a chef's concept or a recipe's technique while enjoying tastes of several recipes.

In April, the featured chef is Alex Snodgrass. Choose something from her amazing blog "The Defined Dish" or from one of her cookbooks. Or, borrow a copy of her latest cookbook, Dinner Tonight at the library.
