Join us for upcoming events, classes and programs at Craft Memorial Library! Many of our events are free and open to the public. Registration required where noted.

Oceans of Possibilit

Beginning June 21, participants (Pre K -12th grade) can pick up a mini canvas and art supplies to take home and create an ocean  themed painting.  Artists will then bring their paintings back to the library to display and possibly win a prize. Entries must be turned in by July 1 at 4:30 pm.  All entries will be displayed in the library beginning July 6 at 12 noon. The public is invited to vote for their favorite painting through July 20.
Winners in each age category will be announced on July 21 at 12 noon.

Join Justyn Marchese from the Mavis Institute and learn how to grow your own mushrooms as well as some healthy benefits they may provide. Participants will take home a kit with growing instructions. Registration required. A $5 supply fee will be due by Friday, July 15th.

Join Terri Bulford and learn to make a simple Midi Bag.  Participants must bring their own sewing machine and supplies. A supply list is available at the library. There is a $5 charge for the printed interfacing needed to make the bag. Registration is required.
