Come in from the cold with favorite picture books: Stories, songs, finger plays, and crafts! 

For 3 to 5 year-olds. 

 

Create a custom designed cloth tool roll to organize your favorite tools or toys while
learning beginning sewing skills. All skill levels are welcome! Students will learn to
design a cloth roll to organize and carry their art or craft supplies, mechanic’s tools,
small toys, etc., while learning to safely use a sewing machine. Students are
encouraged to bring a sample of their tools/toys to help with the design. All sewing
tools and supplies are provided. Attendees are welcome to bring a sewing machine if
desired. Adult helpers are encouraged for Gr. 3 – 6. Limit: 10 students + adult helpers. Presented by Glimmering Girl Studio.

Challenge your engineering skills each month in this stop-in activity! Each month different building materials will be available for participants to create interesting designs from their imagination.

Thursday February 6th at 5:30 pm A playful program celebrating love, friendship and fun romantic duos throughout history and of course, the love of chocolate! Join Kim Larkin of Klassic Kreations as she presents a program of fun cultural history of foods that inspire love. Aphrodite’s mocktail spritzer will be served along with chocolate and chocolate-dipped treats. Fun poetry, a large, colorful display and interactive trivia make this a class to love!
