Story Slam: No Trick

Storytellers and those who enjoy listening to stories are invited to a Moth-style Story Slam on Zoom! Those wishing to can share a brief story about a time when they were in a situation that seemed like it was going to have a bad outcome, but realized instead that something really good came out of it.

Storytellers of all experience levels are welcome. Stories will be timed and must be told in under 10 minutes. Story topics and language must be appropriate for a general audience. For adults ages 18+.

Registration is required on the Library Events page at www.kentfreelibrary.org. Registrants will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link.
Virtual Book Club

Each month's book selection for this social-distance-approved book group is determined by collective vote on social media, and comes from a variety of genres. October's selection is Magpie Murders by Anthony Horowitz, and is available in eBook or audiobook via Hoopla in the library's Stream and Download Collection.
