We are very excited to announce the visit of renowned American author John Updike to the Main Library on May 7 at 7:30 p.m. Mr. Updike will read from his new novel, Rabbit Reincarnated, and answers questions from readers. Mark the date on your calendar for this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

Kudos to Mary and all the great voluteers in the Friends of Berman Library for making this visit possible. Copies will available for purchase and signing.

Wow! I am so excited! I have been reading his novels since I was 12 years old. I think the Centaur is still my favorite. I hope he is willing to sign some of his older books, too.

I would really encourage all to make this reading, if you can. I heard John Updike speak several years ago in Boston and he is a humorous and engaging speaker.
