Fit & Fun Exercise,
Colfax Branch Library
Monday, Aug. 28, 10 - 11 a.m.
Join Fit and Fun, gentle exercise for adults and seniors on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10-11 a.m. in the Center in Colfax (adjacent to the library). Enjoy a gentle warm-up, low impact aerobic workout, and a soothing cool down. Cost is $5 per class but instructor Nancy Stanard invites you to try your first class for free. Adult Coloring - LaC

Vinyasa Flow Yoga, R
Rosalia Branch Library
Monday, Aug. 28, 4:30 p.m.-5:30 p.m.
People of all skill levels are invited to explore Yoga with a licensed instructor during this weekly class at the Rosalia park (near the pool) each Monday this summer  at 4:30 p.m. Please be prepared for the weather and bring a mat or blanket. There is a suggested donation of between $5 and $10 per person. In case of bad weather, the class will meet at the Rosalia Library.

Jump Start to School

Join us for a week of fun and educational activities to get a jump start at school readiness. All ages welcome. Monday at city hall, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at Tekoa Library and Friday at Tekoa Grade School Gym. 8 am to noon August 29- Sept 1.

We here at the library believe it is important for children to be prepared for the upcoming school year. So we will be having a preparation day, filled with brain building puzzles and other activities designed to get a child's brain fired up for all the learning they do over ht school year.
