Momentous Changes in
2 West Main Street
Thursday, Nov. 15, 7:00-8:00 pm
The international system is undergoing major changes which are not entirely clear.  Join Doug Simon, PhD, to discuss several altering components including China's challenge to American power, the importance of Eurasia, Russia's aggressive attempts to regain influence, and finally, an erosion of the post-WWII international system with the United Nations, the World Trade Organization, the International Monetary Fund, and the European Union.  Woven into these patterns of change is the specter of a new arms race, not merely conventional and nuclear weapons, but cyber weapons as well.  How will the United States react to this emerging environment? That is one of the most critical questions of our time.
