Aurora Animal Shelter, 15750 E. 32nd Ave.
Saturday, Sep. 22, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Children have the chance to practice and improve their reading skills while providing enrichment for cats waiting for their forever homes at the city of Aurora Animal Shelter. All participants will get to choose a prize from the treasure chest after reading! Reading times are in 30–minute intervals. First grade and older. Visit auroralibrary.org or call 303.739.6589 to register. When registering online, put desired time in "Special Needs" box.

Children of all ages will enjoy this storytime with picture books, rhymes and songs that support the development of early literacy skills for 0-7 year olds. Parent/caregiver participation is required.

Improve your reading skills by reading to Harvey the dog!  Harvey loves listening to stories and he doesn't care if you make a mistake. Call 303-627-3050 to register for a 15 minute session at Tallyn’s Reach. Grades K-5.

Stories, songs and rhymes for kids ages 0-7. Please note: the first Saturday of the month is designated a "Sensory Storytime" and includes special activities for children with special needs. All children are welcome to attend!
