International Reading Club

Adults, Monthly on Saturdays

Read and discuss a short story set in a different region of the world, and enjoy a sampling of delicacies from that region. No homework required. We'll read the short story collectively, then snack on a food from the region while we discuss it.

Children of all ages will enjoy this storytime with picture books, rhymes and songs that support the development of early literacy skills for 0-7 year olds. Parent/caregiver participation is required.

Stories, songs and rhymes for kids ages 0-7. Please note: the first Sat. of the month is designated a "Sensory Storytime" and includes special activities for children with special needs. All children are welcome to attend!

Want to look patriotic for Independence Day? Or maybe start your weekend looking like a fox, or a cat, or a dragon? Have some messy, imaginative fun at our face painting event. Painting will be done by teen volunteers from our Teen Advisory Group. All Ages.
