Join us for a magic trick workshop with magician Rick Brammer.  All supplies will be provided.  Limited to 25 participants in grades kindergarten through 6th, and pre-registration is required. Illustration Workshop for School-Aged Kids and Teens with Artist Steve Potter

Cartoonist and illustrator Steve Potter is mainly known for his work on Topps trading cards, but he has also illustrated for Garbage Pail Kids, Wacky Packages, Star Wars, and the Walking Dead. Steve will be leading a two-hour illustration workshop for school-aged kids and teens.  All supplies will be provided. For kids and teens in grades K-12. Limited to 15 participants. Pre-registration required.  Please arrive on time, as open seats will be given to those waiting at the door at 10 a.m. Sponsored by Robert and Shirley Berg Fund for use by the library.

Grow Your Own Pizza or Salsa Garden

Come and get started on a food garden you can grow at home.  Learn how-to basics of starting a garden and leave with the start of your own pizza or salsa garden.  For ages 5-12.  Limited to 20 participants.  Pre-registration required. Sponsored by Friends of the Cedar Falls Public Library.
