			<description><![CDATA[<div style="float:right;width:200px;margin:5px;">  	<a border="0px" href="http://www.MyOhioVote.com" title="Online Change of Address"><img border="0px" height="60px" src="http://www.sos.state.oh.us/SOS/Upload/images/features/coaWidget.png" width="167px" /></a></div>  <span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Just over a month remains before the October 9th deadline for voters to register and update their voter information before the 2012 Presidential Election.&nbsp;<br />  <br />  As of August 9, registered voters in Ohio are now able to use a new online service that for the first time allows them to update their voting address online.&nbsp; This new tool, accessible at <a href="http://www.sos.state.oh.us/sos/elections/Voters.aspx" target="_blank">MyOhioVote.com</a>, is a convenient way for voters to meet their primary responsibility:&nbsp; to be registered at their current address 30 days before an election.&nbsp; Every Ohioan who is old enough to vote will be able to take advantage of this new system.&nbsp; For those who do not have home computers, the Library offers free Internet access and our librarians can provide assistance.<br />  <br />  The Secretary of State&#39;s intent, by enabling Ohioans to update their information online, is to reduce manual data entry at Ohio&rsquo;s boards of elections, which will save tax dollars and improve the accuracy and security of Ohio&rsquo;s voter rolls.&nbsp;</span></span><br />   <P>]]></description>
