New Item Status

I've added a new item status: To be ordered. This status is OPAC visible & holdable. Use this status when you create a bib and item for a title that you will be ordering in the future and for which you want to start building a holds list.

For example, Denise just added the record Inheritance by Christopher Paolini which will be published later this year. She knows that there will be a number of holds for this title so she created the bib & item yesterday and has started adding holds. The status of this item is To be ordered. She then added this title to a selection list that she's named future orders.

For titles you will be ordering right away use the status On order. Use the to be ordered status only for those items that will be ordered later.

I've added a To be ordered book template for the acqselector, jacqselector and the etlacq logins. If you are already logged in you'll have to log out & back in to see the new template.
