With nearly 40 years of journal keeping under her belt, Mary is your new guide for exploring the different aspects and the many benefits of a personal writing practice. You’ll be introduced to ideas, activities, find strategies to spark the creative self. Get inspiration & encouragement to begin, sustain, and deepen a journal practice for well being, wisdom, & capturing life’s moments on paper. Bring your favorite or choose from a selection of blank journals provided.
