The Jacob Edwards Library and the Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission (CMRPC) are excited to invite the Greater Southbridge community to another Imagine 2050 on the GO Visioning Session on Thursday, August 18th at 6 pm (please note the earlier start time). All welcome! 

Imagine 2050: A Vision for Central Massachusetts is a region-wide comprehensive planning initiative that will establish long-range strategies for the 40- community region. Working with residents, business owners, governments, and institutional partners, CMRPC will facilitate development of the community-driven plan. The project aims to identify the resources, problems, possibilities, and needs of the region; these findings will inform a plan to improve the welfare and prosperity of those who live, work, and visit Central Massachusetts.

Imagine on the GO Visioning Sessions include a brief presentation on Imagine 2050 and a time to discuss how participants Imagine for the future of Central Massachusetts through the lenses of economy, environment, and equity. All feedback received during Visioning Sessions will be considered for the Vision Statement and Objectives of the Regional Plan.
