What We Do Impacts t
What We Do Impacts the Ocean Environment
Bradley Beach Public Library

Tuesday, Jul. 19, 6:00pm
or call 732-776-2995.
Dr. Jason Adolf from Monmouth University will share his group's research of how the ocean and our coastal lakes are affected by human impact. His research team, called the PHABLab (Phytoplankton and Harmful Algal Bloom Lab) studies HABs in coastal lakes (including Fletcher Lake) and our local estuaries, the relationship between rainfall and pollution at NJ beaches, and how offshore windfarm developments affect the ocean. Participants also will have a chance to hear about students' research and ask questions. This is a virtual event, and is best for adults and ages 10+. Registration required at bradleybeachlibrary.org.
