Galen, a flutist with an extensive career and a knowledge of jazz, will perform a concert and present information about jazz and how it relates to American history. Plus trivia at the end.

Galen is an extraordinary flutist with an extensive performance career.  He is also a riveting speaker with encyclopedic knowledge on the history of jazz and the Civil Rights Movement.  Galen studied at Berklee College of Music and holds a Master’s Degree in Education and Performing Arts from Rutgers University, New Jersey.
