We go LIVE at 7:00pm - Class will end at 7:30
Class is for ages Pre-K and up
The activities will be designed for inside or outside. They will also be designed for an entire family or one person. This is not hard core fitness. This is designed to get them moving, feeling good, interacting with family, and hopefully inspiring them to get active!
