Please come to our Tuesday meetings, from 5:15 to 6:15 PM in the Middleburgh Library's Technology room. Our group is a place to sit quietly in safety, supported by others; to allow understanding and compassion to arise; to encourage loving-kindness and patience.
We welcome those with no experience to advanced meditators, teens to seniors. give it a try.
