This demonstration will teach you the fundamentals of real chocolate making, from cocoa bean to candy. You will learn some history, differences between cocoas, many techniques in chocolate-making, and how to assess sugar content. 

The entire demonstration will take approximately 60-90 minutes. You will get a sample to take home.

Ages 9+.
