Get Fit with Geri-Fit!

Join us on Monday and Wednesday mornings for Geri-Fit! This 45 minute evidence based strength training exercise class is for older adults. There is no dancing or aerobics, work out at your own pace and most of the exercises are performed seated in chairs with light weights. Registration is required. Please bring a set of 2 or 3 pound dumbbells and a stretch band with you to class. Water will be provided.
