How to Build Your Mental Muscles to Thrive through Difficult Times

You can be your very best friend or your worst enemy, and it all starts with how you talk to yourself! Join mental fitness coach, Charissa Yavtucovich, as she discusses your PQ which stands for Positive Intelligence® Quotient. PQ measures the percentage of time that your mind serves you/cheers you on, as opposed to the amount of time your mind sabotages you through negative talk, feelings, and emotions. 

There are 10 saboteurs in total and everyone experiences at least 2 or 3 of them in their lives. These are the negative thoughts and emotions that prevent us from achieving what we want and being the person we were created to be. Participants will learn the 10 saboteurs and will be able to identify which ones are most likely present in their life.
