Free Kundalini Yoga comes to the Colfax Library Wednesday evenings beginning February 21 from 6-7:30 p.m. with instructor Aubrey Aguilar. Come dressed in your workout gear for an evening of uplifting blend of spiritual and physical awareness. Bring a yoga mat, yoga block or cushion to sit on, a blanket and head covering. Classes are for all fitness levels.
