Free for adults 65 and over, the class meets every Thursday at 9:30 a.m. in the Center (adjacent to the Colfax Library). Yoga for Balance & Aging is a gentler approach to yoga at a personally appropriate level. Suzy modifies her class to fit the needs of her students by working on balance, stretching, aromatherapy, and strengthening with the use of bolsters, chairs and blankets.
