GT- Beginning Mindfulness and Meditation class

Tuesday, Apr. 2, 7:00-8:00 pm
The Georgetown Friends of the Library will be hosting a beginning Mindfulness and Meditation class lead by Jennifer Frost the 1st and 3rd Tuesday evening of each month from 7:00-8:00 pm.  Bring a small blanket and pillow to sit on. Chairs will be provided to those who are unable to sit on the floor.  There is a requested donation of $5.00 for current Friends of the Library members and $10 for non-members. A Georgetown Friend of the Library membership is only $10 a year and you can join at any time.
