MITCHELL Adult Nonfiction Book Club
Mitchell Branch
Thursday, Mar. 15, 1:00 pm
Join us for the discussion of our March book choice, Bellevue: Three Centuries of Medicine and Mayhem at America's Most Storied Hospital by David Oshinsky, a Pulitzer Prize-winning historian.   Founded in 1738, New York's iconic hospital literally charts the rise of American medicine from butchery and quackery to a professional and scientific endeavor.

Any adult is invited to attend, and refreshments will be served. Any questions?  Call Jackie Greene, Reference Librarian, at 936.442.7728, ext. 6314 or jgreene@countylibrary.org
