The Pittsburgh Buddhist Center will continue to offer its weekly meditation sessions, however, they've combined their multi-library programs into one that will occur every Tuesday online through the winter. Bhante is committed to offering programs related to well-being during this time. You can find the past live sessions recorded and new sessions live every Tuesday at 6:00 by clicking this link.
This weekly meditation series is designed for beginners. Our guide is a Buddhist monk and the meditation techniques taught are secular and appropriate for all adults regardless of beliefs or religious affiliations. No need to register.
