Improve your fitness and focus with safe and simple chair yoga routines! Instructor Rachel Kocis will incorporate mindful movement, deep breathing techniques and quiet sitting. This class will be a very gentle introduction to basic yoga postures. Please come in comfortable clothes and bring a smile. Every first and third Friday. Max. 25 yogis.
