It is possible to be peaceful within the activity and emotions of your daily life, but it takes practice. When you make mindfulness techniques such as breath awareness, intention and meditation part of your routine it can be life changing. You'll find that your busy mind begins to become more quiet and focused, stressful situations become more manageable, and thought patterns become more positive. During our time together Erin Day, Yoga mentor and mindfulness educator and Eileen Higgins, meditation teacher, will help you begin this journey towards living with ease as you learn how to incorporate these simple practices into your everyday life.
