Bring your gently used prom dresses and accessories to your local library throughout March.  Your donations will go to Prom Wishes, an annual event organized by the Junior Woman’s Club of Loudoun, who are committed to outfitting teens for the prom, free of charge!  Loudoun County Public Library is proud to partner with JWCL in support of this program.  For more information about making a donation, call your local library.
