Program by the American Labor Museum - Special Black History Month Program
In the 1980’s, a woman with family roots in Paterson discovered that her grandfather had been active in the Underground Railroad. This discovery led to the story of the Underground Railroad in Paterson and the rediscovery of the Huntoon-Van Rensalier Station. The American Labor Museum advances public understanding of the history of work, workers and the labor movement throughout the world, with special attention to the ethnicity and immigrant experience of American workers. Adults only. Registration necessary.
