Nutmeg Intermediate Book Discussion: Fuzzy Mud
Canton Public Library

Wednesday, Dec. 26, 6:30 p.m.
or call --860-693-5800.

This group of 4th - 6th grade readers, led by Sarah Prattson, will  discuss Fuzzy Mud, by Louis Sachar, a well-known writer who creates great stories and tackles environmental, social and ethical issues.

We’ll have a snack, and finish with a fun, book-themed craft. More than a book club, the group samples the intermediate grades’ nominees of the 2019 statewide Nutmeg Book Award so they can help determine which book will get the award. Grades 4-6.

Pick up a copy at the children's room desk before the discussion. Audio book editions are also available (as long as they exist!)

Free; registration is required, either by phone or on the website under Upcoming Programs. Space is limited. For information: (860) 693-5800, childrensstaff@cantonpubliclibrary.org or
www.cantonpubliclibrary.org.

Inclement weather policy:  If Canton schools or afterschool activities are cancelled for weather-related reasons, so too are events for teens and children at the Canton Public Library. The library is often still open, please contact us with questions or concerns at 860.693.5800.
