Lower Energy Bills With Government Energy Aggregation

Tuesday, Apr. 6, 7:00 pm

At this town hall meeting, Green Ridgewood members will explain how Government Energy Aggregation (GEA) could benefit Ridgewood residents.

Through GEA, hundreds of communities in New Jersey and across the U.S. are already guaranteeing lower electrical costs for their residents. Now Ridgewood may have this opportunity to receive electricity at a discounted rate AND encourage the use of renewable energy.

Green Ridgewood, a Village Council advisory committee, will explain what exactly GEA is, how it works, and why it would benefit Ridgewood.

Contact lbrookes@ridgewoodlibrary.org or call the reference desk at (201) 670-5600, ext. 130, with any questions about this program.
