Stress Management Workshop: Part 2 Relaxation Techniques, Sensory Based & Mindfulness Practices. (Zoom Program)

In this second of our two-part zoom series, participants are invited to learn and practice a handful of specific relaxation techniques, sensory based strategies and mindfulness practices. Each stress management activity selected will be described in detail and practical information regarding its coping potential provided. Participants can choose to practice the activity while the presenter guides you through the “how to.” If trying out the activity while on the zoom meeting is not your thing, then you can listen quietly during the guided experiential component. Optional opportunities to discuss the stress reduction practice or ask questions will be plentiful.

Presenter: Jeanne Marron, Ph.D Clinical Specialist and Community Educator, West Bergen Mental Healthcare. Dr. Marron suggests viewing her previous webinar prior to attending the session to gain background information (optional). Participants can sign up for one or both sessions.
