Getting a Jump Start to Living on Your Own (Zoom Program)
Ridgewood Public Library

Monday, Dec. 7, 7-8pm
or call 201-670-5600.
Whether you are planning to live on campus next year, move into a place of your own or be more self-sufficient in your current living situation, this virtual workshop is designed to get you started in the process. After identifying and discussing practical skills that enhance autonomous living, participants will be able to self-assess their readiness and develop a plan to “move” forward from where you are now. That transition is not as far off as you think!

Presenter: Jeanne Marron, Ph.D Clinical Specialist and Community Educator, West Bergen Mental Healthcare

Registration required. (Zoom meeting link will be emailed the day of program).
Sponsored by The Friends of the Library.
