4-Season Aeroponic Gardening (Sustainablility Series)

There is no need to stop growing your own produce or stress over access to fresh produce during the winter months. In this online class we will be exploring how to grow fresh, nutritious and beyond organic food year round, indoors and outdoors. 

During this live online class we will discuss topics such as traditional growing methods versus aeroponic growing, seasonal growing and eating, and the impact of long distance transportation on our food supply and environment. We will also explore the relationship between our food and our health and finish the evening with a live Q&A session.

About our speaker: 
Waltraud Unger is a certified integrative health coach and grew up learning from her German mother and grandmother how to grow delicious organic food. She embraced aeroponic gardening a few years back when she struggled with growing her own organic produce on a shady suburban plot.
