Ridgewood Residents Computer Use Appointment: 40 minutes 

  • You are registering for 1:00-1:40pm visit to use one of the public computers on the Reference Level.  
  • Each person will register individually for an appointment.
  • This first appointment of each day is open to Seniors and other vulnerable populations in Ridgewood. 
  • Upon your arrival, a staff member will check you in and you may go directly to the Reference Level.  Walk-ins are welcome for Ridgewood residents and other communities if capacity limits allow.
  • Sign into one of the public computers with your library card for a 40-minute session.  
  • Print documents: 15 cents pp for b&w; 50 cents pp for color. Fee will be added to your library card account; you may pay online.
  • The building will be cleared at the end of each session to allow for cleaning.
  • If you would like to browse our collection, please register for an Adult Services Browsing Appointment: 45 mins

We're not quite ready for:

  • Hanging out, please keep your visit as short as you can.
  • In-house events / programs
  • In-house reading / studying
  • Indoor art exhibits
  • Interlibrary loans
  • Meetings / study groups / tutoring

For everyone’s safety, please:

  • Stay home if you're sick / not feeling well.
  • Wear your mask (required for age 2 and above) covering both your mouth and nose while on library property, including outside areas .
  • Keep a minimum 6-foot social distance from others.
  • Refrain from hanging out, congregating, and sitting on the floor.
  • Respect the safety shields at our service desks; speak through and not around them.
  • Sanitize hands upon entry and when needed. Hand sanitizer is available at the entrance and throughout the library.
  • Please keep your visit as short as reasonably possible.
  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult who remains with them and monitors their behavior. Check here for Children's Center Browsing Appointments
