This presentation focuses on the critical but limited role agencies have in the suicide prevention process with emphasis on the following:
* Empowering youth agency staff and volunteers through education and awareness
* Understanding warning signs and risk factors for teen suicide
* Reviewing strategies for dealing wtih at-risk youth and communicating concern with their parents
