This is an all-level yoga class that will invigorate your body and reduce stress.  You will experience traditional yoga poses, stretching, breathing and relaxation techniques which will improve your flexibility, balance, strength and overall wellness. Please bring your own mat. Taught by a certified instructor from the Capital District YMCA.
