Advertisements for seemingly “natural cures” are everywhere. From essential oils to St. Johns Wort to “ionized water,” it seems like something new is being touted as a cheap cure for every problem one can face. But what does the science say? Are popular supplements safe or effective? How can you evaluate evidence? This presentation discusses popular supplements, the science surrounding them, and resources to help you choose wisely. A Q&A session follows.
