Sit & Be Fit is back for a new session to start 2023! This 1 hour, low-impact chair exercise program using a variety of videos is for adults 55+ and works on strength, flexibility, and balance. Exercises can be performed with or without weights and resistance bands. Registration is required and class size is limited. Missing 3 consecutive classes will result in being taken off the registration list. Please bring a water bottle and light resistance bands or weights if you wish to use them. Each participate will need to sign a one-time health waiver form at their first class.
