Stargazing 101: Learn to use a Telescope

Did you know the library has a telescope that you can check out and try at home? Learn how to use the telescope in this hands-on, instructional program taught by Chris from the Astronomical Society of Greater Hartford. Participants will be able to try the telescope outside and should be able to view Saturn, Jupiter and hopefully locate a galaxy and nebula or two.
This event is recommended for adults and families with children ages 10 and up.
