Following a principal of the Traditional Chinese Medicine, we can settle into a calm state of being through breathing, gentle stretches, and activation of acupressure points, and circulation of energy.
You will learn various tools that have been used for thousands of years to apply to your daily life to transform stress into vitality. This course is taught by a certified Qigong/Meditation instructor. Come join us for a relaxing way to start the evening. Please come dressed comfortably. If you would like to meditate lying down at the end, please bring your yoga mat.
