Chef John Taylor, Executive chef at Akron’s popular Lock 15 Brewing Co. will virtually demonstrate how to cook shrimp and grits.
Chef Taylor is a graduate of Pennsylvania Culinary School and has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He is the 2011 winner of Best Chef in the Real Men Cook competition in Santa Ynez Valley, CA, and 2018 People's Choice Award for the March of Dimes
Located along the Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail, Lock 15 Brewing Co, is in the heart of Akron’s thriving historic canal district and Cascade Locks Metro Park and is known for its high-quality locally sourced menu.
