Join Holly Shelowitz, Culinary Nutrition Educator for a hands-on cooking class from the comfort of your own kitchen! Together, we will stir up two different soups: Thai Butternut Squash Soup and Broccoli Garlic Fennel Soup. Once you register, you will receive the shopping list and recipes. Print them out so you have them handy. Prepare all of your ingredients by washing the veggies and having whatever cookware you need. Then set up your phone / laptop / iPad in the kitchen so you can see Holly as she cooks. She will walk you through step by step and you will have a delicious meal inspired by winter in the Hudson Valley.
Together, we will stir up two different soups:
- Thai Butternut Squash Soup: Exotic flavors and immune boosting properties of ginger, lime and coconut milk make this warming Winter soup a winner!
- Broccoli Garlic Fennel Soup: You will be amazed at how simply this soup comes together. Fennel seeds help with digestion and bring a wonderful flavor to broccoli.
You will have plenty of freedom with these soups to swap out any ingredients you don’t like or don’t have.
