At this FREE, one-hour workshop, you will learn ways to help you shop smart and eat healthy while on a budget. You'll also be entered into a drawing for a $25 Kroger Gift Card and other great prizes! Presented by the Heart of Illinois Adult Literacy Center and Tazewell Public Health Foundation. Ages: Adult. Registration required.
