For Adults. A Covered California Certified Representative will be at the Tracy Branch Library on Thursdays from 10:00am-7:00pm, November 7, 2020 - January 16, 2020 to provide free assistance with Covered California, Medi-Cal, and Medicare enrollment. Note: Start date has changed from October 17 to November 7, 2019.

You can begin the application process, receive an estimate on your monthly premium or learn more about your health plan options.
