The purpose of Advance Care Planning is to educate adults in the importance of planning how we are cared for in all the seasons of our lives. This workshop will be presented by San Joaquin Coalition for Compassionate Care on Saturday, September 7th at 2:00pm. The Coalition's mission is to promote the education and awareness of advance care directives and end-of-life conversations with both health care providers and the broader community. All adults are welcome to attend this free workshop.
